Official Kentucky Derby Giveaway Rules
1. Eligibility
Open to licensed veterinarians in the United States attending AAEP 2025 who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Freedom Health LLC, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter
Visit the SUCCEED® booth (#2221) during the AAEP 2025 Annual Convention and complete an official entry form. One (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
3. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted in person at the SUCCEED® booth (#2221) during regular AAEP show hours from December 7–9, 2025.
Entries must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, to be eligible.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Kentucky Derby Experience for two (2), including:
Two (2) Starting Gate Courtside Seats for Friday & Saturday (Derby Day & Kentucky Derby)
All-inclusive food and drinks
VIP fast access pass
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000 USD.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Freedom Health LLC on December 9, 2025, at the SUCCEED® booth (#2221) during AAEP 2025. The winner will be announced in person at the booth and notified by email or phone within five (5) business days following the event. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Freedom Health LLC permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Freedom Health LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
